Prefabricated rubber running track installation tips

1. Ensure the site is level with proper longitudinal and transverse slopes for drainage. After sealing the base, mark pre-layout lines for the rolls.
2. Arrange required rolls within the planned installation area for the day, using each roll as a length unit.
3. Mix adhesive sufficient for 1 hour’s use in an open area.
4. Use a notched trowel to evenly spread adhesive over 2-3 meters within the marked lines. Component A:B ratio = 1:3 (by weight). In summer, add 5‰ catalyst (by total weight of A+B). In winter (below 15°C), add 1% or more.
5. Place rolls smoothly along the adhesive-coated base according to the longitudinal lines.
6. Roll a solid cylindrical roller (approx. 0.1m diameter × 1.3m length) over the laid rolls to expel air and enhance bonding between the surface, adhesive, and base.。
7. Secure longitudinal/transverse seams with pneumatic staples and weight with bricks.Remove staples after adhesive cures and clean thoroughly.
8. Place prepared concrete blocks along both sides of the newly laid and compacted rolls.
9. For curves: Lay similarly to straight sections but follow the arc. Increase adhesive usage and add more concrete blocks for better adhesion.
10. Lay rolls from the inside outward. Exit from the main entrance, clean the site, then inspect all areas for secure bonding.
11. Mark fine lines on the installed track using titanium white powder according to drawings, then apply 5cm white lines with a line marking machine.
12. Label track numbers and required line markings. Allow 72 hours for curing before use.
