Quanzhou Textile and Clothing Vocational College is a full-time regular higher education institution approved by the Fujian Provincial Government with the qualification to issue national higher education diplomas. The college is located in Shishi City, Fujian Province, between Quanzhou, the starting point of the "Maritime Silk Road", and Xiamen, an economic zone.
